I am creating a simple calendar component to our database and I have a calculation field that is Get ( currentDate ). It worked last week when I created it, but this week it still has the same date as last week.

Does this calculation not update automatically? Is there a way to get something to continuously update (such as current date display)?

Maybe you are storing the calculation result, check it in the field option.
