Printing from Macintosh to Canon 6100 Printer

Greetings,

We have a group of Filemaker users who print to a Canon 6100 from Macintosh computers using OSX 10.3. After the print dialogue opens, if they then select Filemaker from the menu options in order to print just the current record or a blank record, Filemaker 7 crashes. The crash log includes the following:

Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001)

Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE (0x0002) at 0x00000010

We have determined that this happens ONLY with the Canon driver and not with an HP driver. We have had no success working with either Filemaker or Canon and would appreciate some suggestions. Thanks.
