deleting duplicate words in a field

Hi Guys,

I've got one text (ordinary) field, with about 120 words in it. I'd like to delete any duplicate words that are in the text field, i thought I could use the indexing command to achieve this but are there any more effecient ways of doing this?

What is the maximum field limit (character wise) FM7 can handle?

Text fields can contain up 1 billion characters
