I am trying to make a simple invoice in FP 5.5

I create a summery field in the footer, which sums up the prices.

What I am unable to do, with my limited knowledge, is to create a postage field & then a Grand

Total field, summery + postage.

You could define the grand summary field as a calulation field where Grand Summary = Summary + Postage. Create the GS through the Define Fields menu option under Files.
