Is there a way of deactivating a button (e.g. greying it out) when it is pressed and peformed its script - and automatically reactivating the same button when a user returns to the layout that that button was on?

I am posting an older file that demos a method using a portal and a relationship that can be made good to show the button and bad to hide the button. This .fp5 file.
