Is there a way to enumerate all databases that are hosted on a FileMaker Server?

I would like to create a script (e.g. a vb script) so my endusers just have to click this script that will open e.g. a HTML file with all hosted databases displayed. Then they only have to select one and click ok and the enduser will be automatically redirected to this hosted database. It doesnn't need to be in vb script, it can also be a different language (or maybe with ScriptMaker).

Any help on this subject is very welcome!

Have you looked at the Open Remote command? Also look at "opener" files, whic open remotely hosted files with a simple double-click.

It's possible to share files as "multi-user hidden" so they don't appear in the normal Open Remote file list. It's also possible with FMS 7 to display to the user only those files on the server that they have access to. Both of these options are aimed at increasing security. They also have the effect of limiting user's choices to help minimise error and maximise efficiency.
