Searching for empty timestamps

I use a timestamp whenever we call a company and need to find records not yet called (no timestamp). I've tried various options and can't figure out how to do this. Any ideas?

Have you tried IsEmpty?

"=" or "==" by itself in a timestamp field searches for empty timestamps.
