Subsummary parts in layouts

Working in an old database (v4.1)... There are 3 or 4 subsummary parts at the top of the report layout--to allow for different groupings (report grouped by school, by gender, etc). Is there some quick and easy (i.e. drag and drop) way to rearrange the subsummary parts?
