April 20, 200520 yr Hi, I had entered this question in my previous post but I have not been able to find a good solution. I have a layout which has number of fields and layout is well formatted. The users want to click on a button and all the data from the layout and the layout design needs to be exported to a file outside of filemaker pro which can be distributed by an email. I have two choices and here is my problem with the two solutions: 1. PDF format: We cannot use any plugin here. I can use acrobat writer to print data in the pdf file but the entire process cannot be made automatic since it always prompts with a file dialog box to save/replace the new/existing file. We do not need any user intervention in the process and want all the process to be automatic. 2. HTML: I tried this but we lose the layout design. After we export data, it is visible in table view format in the html file. I would prefer using HTML. Please suggest what do you think would be the best solution. Thanks, --Sanjai
