Hi all, I am sorry if this question has been asked before, but I went back like 10 pages and didn

The easy way is to create to additional fields.

1. Calculated field "ReOrder" with the formula: Qty<Min

2. Calculated field "Overstock" with the formula: Qty>Max

To search for overstock, simply do a search the Overstock field for values of 1

To search for stock to be reordered, search the ReOrder field for values of 1

Wow, how simple is that.. That is my biggest problem with FMP, I over look the simple answers since I am so used to working with SQL and such..
