I have three files - Supplier, Parts and Machine Details.

I created a relationship between Parts and Machine Details with a machine ID.

The problem is that I have a portal in Machine Details showing parts used on a machine. The suppliers name appears in some records but not others.

Please can anyone suggest why this happens.I have checked the size of the fields so that there is enough space for the name to appear but this doesn't help.

Are you able to upload a 'small' sample of your database, for others to check how the relationships are structured ?
