Chart printing problem from PDF

I am using XMChart to create a pie chart that populates a container field. I am then creating a pdf and printing it. It appears fine in the PDF and prints ok at my personal printer, but when I send it out to the printer there is a bar going through the middle of the pie. Could it have something to do with the drivers I am using v.s the printer?
