I have a few radio buttons where the choices are "yes or no" and those are in as number fields but display yes/no. How can I add a summary to total up the number of "yes" fields that I have for a particular person. I can total up fields with numbers fine, but I can't figure out how to total up the # of fields with the word "yes" in them. Thanks!

Create a calc field

ok one more question - I have my totals now in the summary field "sub summary" and it works great when I'm using the program itself, but when i look at the same thing on the web through instant web publishing, those totals now become the totals for each employees instead of just the employee that I have it grouped by. Any ideas?
