Bizarre Graphic Printing issue

If I include a graphic in my header, only the header will print, once I remove the image from the header, the body plus the other header information prints.

How does a graphic dictate when the body will print? I've been using the graphic without difficulty for several months and just started to layout a new invoice and hit the problem.

be sure to size your graphics for screen resolution, 72 dpi. That solved it.
