Printing Multiple Pages

Featured Replies

Does FileMaker have a limit on how many pages it will print for 1 record. For example the record I need to print covers 9 pages. They are fixed, not sliding and the fields do not cross over the page separators. But it will not print pages 7 - 9. No matter what setting I put it on. confused.gif

DBS:

Do all the pages appear in Preview mode? Have you tried setting the print dialog to print a range of pages (say, 5 to 9)?

All of the pages appear in Preview Mode. I have tried setting the print range from 1 - 9 and I get the same results, pages 1-6 print and pages 7-9 don't. I have also tried setting the print range to 7 - 9 and those pages will still come out blank.

It could be a lot of things causing it: for instance is the printer running out of memory?

Try making a test layout with 9 pages on it, but keep the content really minimal.

Make sure you are using the latest patch of FMP 6... 6.0v4 is the most recent. If you are using v1, v2 or v3 then download the update from the FMI web site and install it.
