Nagging problem

Here's the actual problem to our FileMaker 7. We are a small business and have 2 servers in which terminal users and/or pc users log into. Our problem is that we have a problem that shows up in each of the terminal/pc users preferences options. Here's are problem:

== When we goto FileMaker 7 and load it up, and then we select the 'Edit' tab on the toolbar and select 'Preferences' after that .... and where it says 'User Name' ... most of the terminal users have it listed as 'Information Systems.' We don't want it to say 'Information Systems' and rather have it set to their last name comma first name (i.e./ Doe, John).

Our soultion is that we locked one of our servers and told everyone in the company to log back on, so that everyone would be one 1 server, then I went around and checked the terminal users and mostly all of them had 'Information Systems' where it says User Name. So, I changed them, and in about 4 hours, I will lock the server everyone is on and open the other one up and tell everyone to re-login and go back aronud and check once more.

This is timely and a real pain, and what we want to know is:

**** Is there a registry key we can set up to stop this annoying problem? ****

Please, all replies would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
