Save Found Set

Can someone tell me how to Save a Found Set? I read the recent posting where someone replied to a similar question - but the link was to Save Found Searches - which seems to be a little different - it directed to a video on filemakermagazine.

Also, once you save the found set, is there a way to label it - perhaps even put it into a list of found sets or something like that - i.e. give it a name?

Any help would be much much much apprectiated - I really need to be able to do this!
