1 record(s) could not be modified because.......

During a windows scripted search and export, I get the error message of: "1 record(s) could not be modified because they were in use by other users or your password does not enable you to change them." This is a shared db, but no other users are using it. I checked the password privileges and they seem to look proper. Any ideas? Is there something, that I need to really look into, scripting, passwords, users logged-on etc... I know some error messages can be misleading... Thanks all!!!

Gary:

Here's a possibility. You say that it is "a shared db, but no other users are using it." Do you mean you're sharing FMP off another machine running FMP? If so, the record you are having a problem with may be the record which is open on the serving machine.
