Numeric only

I defined a field called aNumber as a number. I checked

- Strick Data Type as Numeric only

- Strick: do not allow user to override validaiton

- Display custumer Message

FMP gives me an error message when I enter ,32 for aNumber which fine, however it NOT give me any error when I enter 3,2.

Any advise?

This might be a localization error. Try using a period (.) instead of a comma (,) as the decimal separator and see what happens.

Are you using a version other than the English one?
