Has anyone seen Error: 20500

It appears immediately after the following script step in a Windows batch file. I cannot find a description of this error number.

fmsadmin backup file.fp7 -d C:file.fp7

if I use fmsadmin backup file.fp7 the file will backup to the default directory.

Thanks for any help.
