Problems with FMPro 7.0 after conversion from 4.0

Hi, please pardon this long post, but I have nowhere else to ask for help.

I am a N-O-V-I-C-E user of FM Pro. Have used FM pro4.0 sparingly before given the unenviable task of "upgrading to FM Pro 7.0 with Web Publishing capabilities".

So I read whatever info I can get on conversion and set about doing it.

Now, the conversion's completed. Only these few problems got me stuck;

1) I am getting page format problems after conversion. The FM Pro 4.0 documents were configured to print to fit A4 size very nicely. After conversion, however, the fonts became shrunken and the page format became distorted. Some lines on the page were missing.

2) Some of our FM Pro 4.0 documents contain fields that show information from other external FM databases. I host the FM Pro 7 converted files on IWP via browser. On the host, the files appear quite alright, but on the clients after conversion however, these fields show "File Missing" instead of the external data.

Can you please guide me on these problems?
