Gabe Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 This is probably an easy one. I know how to hide and lock the status bar from the user, but I can't figure out how to disable the mode selector at the bottom of the window. I don't want somebody switching to find mode in a preview layout, etc. Also, is there a way to lock the layout selector when the status bar comes out with the "continue" button on it? What about right click menus? I have buttons assigned to take users to special layouts for creating new records, and if they figure out that they can use the right click menu, they'll screw stuff up.
Vaughan Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 In accounts and privileges, set the menus to editing or minimum. You'll need to provide scripts and buttons for all navigation though. To disable the layout menu in the status area, uncheck each layout's option to be displayed in the menu.
