Page breaks and print sliding issues

Featured Replies

I have funky issues with how print sliding seems to work sometimes - causing odd gaps between items - this happens in v6. Does this still occur in v7 or has this been fixed?

Also, 6 has a problem with multi-page documents printing when they are all on the same layout. To work around this issue I have had to create each page on its own layout. Is this still a problem in v7?

Yea, I have the same problem - Using V6, multipage on one layout, 1/4 inch header and footer, 1/4 margin on top and bottom, 1/2 on the left and right.

The first page prints fine, but then the body of the text runs into the header and footer of the subsequent pages. Most irritating! Banghead.gif

I haven't gotten around to trying the same thing in 7, but something tells me that it hasn't changed or been fixed. By sad experience, I've found that FileMaker is certainly NOT a word processor, and anyone who tries is in for a bad experience. But then again, it's a database creation tool, not a word processor.

Where can I find this option? I have been digging, but came up empty!
