I trying to create a database and I find this forum to be helpful in many ways. I was wondering if someone could help me again.

This is what I would like to accomplish. I have an "inventory database" (using Filemaker's template) and using a "purchase order" database (using Filemaker's template) and I would like a way in which when I sell a product when a serial number, my "inventory database" would list it as sold. I'm currently using a "radio button" to mark my products as either new, sold, return.

Could someone help me with a script or some sort so that I may accomplish this task.
