I have a Student Health Management System in which I need to integrate the body mass index and percentile based on age. I need to also graph height, weight, and body mass index on percentile graphs. I would hate to re-invent the wheel. Does anyone know of any solutions that are available?

Welcome to the Forums.

I don't know of anything that will do body mass index with graphs off the shelf, but the calculations should not be too tough. As far as graphing, you may want to look into x2max's graphing plugin xmChart, which is a wiz at graphing, and can be downloaded free from their website www.x2max.com - the free version times out after an hour or so each time you launch FMP, but that's plenty of time to see if it is good for what you are after. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the documentation is very good, and there is probably an example for percentile graphing (there are tons of examples in the files that come with it.) Good luck.
