Importing

Hello Everyone!

There is something I want to do with Filemaker but I'm not sure if it's possible with out the use of a plug in. I currently run our shipping dept at my company. I created a script in our shipping systems to do a dump everytime something is processed into a folder. However the file gets copied over everytime something is processed. What I would like to do is import the file in Filemaker everytime the file is modified so that I can keep track of the data and not loose anything. Is there a special function when creating a script where I can specify the IF(file is modified then perform import file). The import file will always be the same... and I can keep filemaker open all day to monitor... I'm not sure if its possible but it's worth a shot asking around.. Thanks in advance for your help!
