Looking for a template to use as a starting point for a homeowners association database. (Also, in general, what's the best place to look for FM templates and sample files?)

I'm not sure what sorts of data a homeowners association needs, other than contact information, so you may have to be more specific. As far as templates and samples, there are a few things on FileMaker's website, but not much. There is a positive gold-mine of samples and templates at:

www.fmfiles.org

If you don't find something there, post up an idea of what you're looking for, and we'll try and point you in the right direction.
