I would have searched for this topic but can't find a "search" link.

I have a found set. I want to print it as a set, not record by record. In Preview it looks fine, but when I print I get only one page. Even when I say, print all. The menu help offers, "select print as found set from popup menu." I don't see no popup menu. How do I simply print a set?:????????tongue.gif

Welcome to the Forums.

Once you've got your found set, Select File->Print (or command-P) and then, in the print dialog, in the third popup menu (after "Printer" and "Presets") you want to go to "FileMaker", which should be the second-to-last item. That's the one which gives you the option to select "Records Being Browsed"...
