Layouts change after switching orientation

I have several printing layouts. One requires a switch from portrait to landscape. I accomplish this by a script which changes the orientation. I then switch it back to portrait after which ALL the spacing in my other layouts are moved requiring me to relocate EVERY object. I kave grouped and locked the other layouts but it still changes. Can anyone help?
