use osx server on apache G5, or fmsa G4?

I'm planning on installing fmsa on a G4/866, and apache+lasso+fmWebServerModule on a dual G5. I want to support 70 simultaneous web sessions and FM documentation recommends osx server, but doesn't specify which machine. Would is be better to install osx server on the G4 or the G5?
