Hi, how I calculation the leave below:

1. This year leave (18)days.

2. This year leave taken (10)days, balance (8)days.

3. Next year my leave at to (20)days, (8)days carry forware to the new year,

so total is (28)days.

Hi, just want create a HR Management to my company,

1. Create a new Employee Record Name AAA, Leave Entitled (18 days) I call LE Field.

2. Employee AAA take a Leave about (10days)TL Field, so balance (8days)BL Field. ---> The Calculation (LE Field - TL Field = BL Field), to 1st year is ok but the 2st year big problem!

3. Now how can I carry forware the balance days to next year...In next year let say the employee Leave Entitled (20 days), so total leave are 28 days balance.
