Hi folks,

After thinking I had set up what I wanted, a container filed into which I could throw links to all documents related to the project, just now I realized it will only accept one at a time.

What do you all recommend as a method for showing a collection of icons(links) in a single view?

If you have two tables, one of projects and one of documents, related by project number, all related documents would show up in their corresponding project record.

If you have 10 portals in your projects record, to the document table, each portal can show the next initial row, and show only 1 number of rows. fenton figured it out earlier.
