Why Printer Couldn't Print Correct Text Indent

Featured Replies

I set the text indent in 0.20-inch on both left and right side for two fields. Why one field is printing out correct space and the other one with 0-inch on both side? Please help.

Which printer? Which printer driver? (Check for an update.) What is the minimum margin for the printer?

I will check those information of printer. But the point is one field print out correct and why 2nd one couldn't.

Delete the second field (the one that isn't indenting).

Copy the first field (the one that is indenting) and paste it where the second field should be. Do a test print, see if it works. If it does, change the copoed field to the second field.

Thank you very much for help on this topic.

I copied first field on position of second field. and result is same as before. First field is OK and second field (now is exactly as first field) has no indent. Also I tried print out on Legal size, and did same result. Frustrate!

What else suppose set?

Very appreciate!

That is really weird. What version and patch of FileMaker Pro are you using?

Don't tell me here: go to http://www.filemaker.com/support/updaters.html and look for the most recent patch for your version of FMP. Install it, try printing again and then post your results.
