Need help in sumarizing data across two fields.

I have a simple database comprising of two related files. One file is used to track case information (e.g., case number, party info, settings, etc), the other simply holds attorneys' names. In the Case Information file, there are related fields for the attorneys' names representing the petitioner's and another field for the attorneys' names who represent the Respondent. A given Attorney may represent a Petitioner in one case and represent a Respondent in another case.

I am trying to create a summary report, sorted by attorney name, that lists all the cases (aphanumeric numbers) that an attorney has represented - regardless of whether the attorney represented the petitioner in one case or respondent in another. While its probably not relevant to this solution, there are cases wherein both parties, one party or nither party is represented by an attorney.

Thanks

Trey

I haven't created a FM database in a couple years and am very rusty.
