I'm using a TO to populate a pop-up but it has some extraneous entries in it. The relationship looks like this Items<->Charges<->TXN_Type. In my Items file I have a portal that has two fields, charge type and charge amount. Thus I have a charges table related to Items. The charge type is a number that is related to a TXN-Type table, which has a number field as an identifier and a description field of the charge type, which is displyaed in the portal in the Items file via a value list. The strange thing is that the first two values in the pop-up list are not records in the TXN-Type table. When I first set this realtionship up I defined it incorrectly and ended up displaying the number of the TXN-Type instead of the description and subsequently saved the ID number in the description field, but have since deleted those records. Now, these still show up on the pop-up menu even though there is no record on the related table with those values in the description field. Where are these ghost values coming from (and how do I get rid of them?)

Also, I have a vessel name field on the Items file and a related Vessel table that stores all the vessel names along with the ship line each vessel belongs to. The problem here is that the ship line doesn't always show up on the Items table when I select a Vessel from the pop-up list, but sometiems it does. Even if I have several records that have the same Vessel name, the ship line shows up in some of the records and not in others. I'm scratching my head on that one.

Thanks for your help
