importing and playing audio files

Actual using tiger 10.4.1:

I opened up template document library. In the container "file" I cannot put anything in it. When I click import file it doesn't work. When I go to insert on the top menu they are all grayed out. How can I get my audio file in and what format should I use? I have been trying mp4 file. streamed at 32, hinted

Ok I was able to put a QT sound file into container. the first time I did it, it showed the controls (stop, pause, play...). the next time I did a import file it just showed the filename and icon. the main thing I am trying to do you is have that file excessable on the internet. I found out how to do a URL. Little bug here. When I enter the URL and do a instand web publish it shows up fine. I control click it and select open URL and it opens fine.

than I noticed that there is a "make link" option as I do a control click. can I make a link with filemaker befor doing instant web publish? That way people can just click on it and not have to do a control click.
