how do you advance from records 1-5, 6-10 etc in IWP or FM7

how do you advance from records 1-5, 6-10 etc in IWP or FM7, I can't quite get a grip on it. We can have up to 600 recorods found, so i probabbly need a way group 5 to 10 "pages" as well. any suggestions would be geatly appreciated.
