Hi there,

I have a client who is attempting to install the PDM SQL Plugin on FM Pro 5.5, running on OSX.

He downloaded an ODBC driver and set up data source to an external MS SQL database. However, when he tries to call/connect to this data source from filemaker, he's getting this error:

EXCEPTION java.lang.NullPointerException

PDM SQL is supposed to be jdbc/odbc compatible, so I'm not sure whether we need one or both to be set up. I was assuming odbc would be fine, same as on a PC.

I'm not very familiar with OSX. On PCs, it's very simple, you just set up the Data Source and the plugin connects to it.

Anyone have answers or direction on OSX / 5.5 / SQL source?
