Scripting a find within find

Featured Replies

I have a FM6 db with fields eg code, course, outcome, faculty.

I have buttons to select the group of outcomes specific to each faculty.

Outcomes can be grouped from Years 7 to 10.

I want to script buttons (one for each year) that, after selecting by faculty, the faculty head can select the appropriate year from within the faculty selection.

AND, place that button on the layout so that when other faculty heads access their outcomes pressing the year button selects that year only.

After selecting the faculty, the year button selects all of the year outcomes across the school.

So, in summary again, can I have some help in scripting to find within a found set.

TIA

Stephen
