I am not sure why this is not working

I need the included file to do all it does and be able to autofill the 3 letter months so when you check january it checks Jan!

This one has got me completely stumped!

Yikes! That is not fun to reverse engineer. Fixed so the the first two checkboxes work, look at the AllMonths calc.
