Ext Authenication - Password Reset issue

[color:blue]One of our employees forgot her password so our window system admin guy reset her windows password. Now she gets an access denied when trying to access Filemaker. We are using external authenication. She has rebooted her machine. Any other ideas as to why it doesn't reconize the new password in Filemaker?
