Hi, first post....

I want to print out a set of accounts but only want the code and subtotals and totals to print out.

How do I hide the rest of the fields please

Create a new layout and only include those field that you want to appear.

Not all fields have to appear on each layout. In fact you can have a layout with zero fields on it.

BTW deleting fields from a layout does not remove the data from the table!
