i am creating a reservation database and want to search find records between arrival month and departure month. because i already needed to create fields for each month of their reservation, i am trying to create a current month layout where i enter a search field that returns results from any of the 4 month fields that are already entered. at the moment i am trying to make it work as a calculation, ie,

data::field=blah1 or blah 2

and so when i enter a month and year and submit enter, it will return the lodgers staying during that month.

i am desparately in need of a solution
