Does anyone know of a method to export a 140 record FileMaker Pro v.7 list into the Mac's Address Book Version 4.0.2 (475) - vCard file?

The easy way:

Download the demo of Productive Computing's Address Book Manipulator Plugin. The demo works and just puts up a splash screen when you use it. If you have to do it a lot, it's probably worth buying it.

I only have to do it one time. I just didn't want to enter each address (a total of 141) manually because I've already entered the info into FM7.
