I am trying to print to a LaserWriter 12/640PS with an envelope feeder installed. When I try to print to it from within FM The option is grayed out. However I know the printer is configured properly because the envelope feeder is accessible in MS Word. I am using version 4.0 Any Ideas!! Thanks

If the envelope feeder is working fine from other programs, then I suspect that it's a Filemaker bug. I encountered a lot of printing problems when I used FM 3 (although that was mostly on non-postscript printers). I suspect that version 4 may have the same problems since the only major difference between the two versions is the addition of the web interface. I skipped version 4 and upgraded from 3 to version 5 which solved my printing problems.
