How to reset print range to all?

hello anyone,

I have this application running on the filemaker server 7.0. In my script, I remove the ability of specify the option "Print Range" from the users. When the users print, they only can print out 1 page regardless there are more pages, since the "Print Range" is always "from 1 to 1". Even I change it to "ALL", it will always go back to "from 1 to 1".

Do you have any ideas?
