problem accessing in filemaker custom web publishing when guest a/c is disabled

I am facing problem when accesing through custom web publishing. When i disable the guest a/c in hosted database, and access though browser a http auth window opens and asks for username/password. when i give username/password it does not takes.

Even if i give the administrator username/password it does not takes.

I am using

Filemaker Server Advanced 7

Os: Windows 2003 Sever

Pls help regarding this problem.

Did you assign the fmxslt and/or fmxml extended privilege set to the accounts in question?

yes the fmxml amd fmxslt extended privileges are enabled.

I believe that they are there - however, do you use them with every user account?

yes the extended privileges are enabled for all a/c except guest

Did you try with another browser?
