Death of Publishing Engine

I thought I was so close to getting this working... when suddenly the whole WPE comes crashing down. I can't even access the http://localhost/fmi/config screens anymore. I'm not sure what would have caused this, but does anyone have a suggestion as to what I could do to repair it? I'm using Server 7 Advanced.

You must restart the WPE.

in the Terminal, type

sudo SystemStarter stop "FileMaker Web Publishing"

then type

sudo SystemStarter start "FileMaker Web Publishing"

If this does not help reboot the server.
