Can anybody help me to create a logfield in a database. I need to keep track of changes in a record on a continious basis.

I found a file called ModTrack.fp3 that provided an example of what I believe you're looking to do. You might find the above file at www.swconsulting.com or a similar example at one of the other FMP sites on the net, perhaps www.databasepros.com. smile.gif
