Web Portal but no images - how show the images

Featured Replies

I am trying to set up a postcard site for my school - the problem is the portals on the web look fine except for the container with the image I am trying to use as the postcard - basically I have a database that people fill in and choose an image - the images are set up via a relationship from another database. The text works but no image. Any ideas or help greatly appreciated - or should I give up and use another program.

First thing to check is to make sure the images are in the db(not stored as a link). Next, are you using custom or instant pages?

The images are stored in the database (in a container field as jpg) and I am using custom web pages to display the information. I have seen people with this problem before but I have not seen any responses to why this occurs.
